This was my first time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and I had no idea it would be this easy — or that I’d get to interact with such kind people. Seth and Sam were fantastic. They kept me updated on their arrival time, picked up the item quickly, and handled everything with efficiency and genuine friendliness. And wow they were strong. Their level of customer service is rare these days and very much appreciated. You have two excellent employees in Seth and Sam. If I were you, I would not let them go. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Jermey and Bob came to pick up my bed frame! They drove from ABQ and were so knowledgeable and so nice! They were sweet with my dog, as well! I highly recommend them getting a raise and tip!! Will recommend 1-800-GOT JUNK!!
