3/5/26: I had Antonio and Kobi return to clean out my basement because they did such a fantastic job at my dad's. Once again, they showed up, were exceptionally professional and kind, and did an awesome job in no time! They are the BEST. I'll have them return as soon as I have time to clean out a garage on our property! 2/28/26: Antonio and Kobi were A.MA.ZING. They were professional, efficient, and, above all, kind. Went out of their way to make sure I understood the process and fees, and to show I was coping with the recent loss of my father. I will definitely request them for future work. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK! I originally called them out just for an estimate on removing two couches from my storage unit, but Pedro and Jerome went above and beyond. Not only was the pricing fair, but they were able to take the couches right then and there! Their customer service was top-notch professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Elijah Walker and John Pellow did an amazing job! They were extremely professional, efficient, and worked quickly while still being very careful with everything they removed. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled the job with great attitudes and strong work ethic. I really appreciated how organized and respectful they were while getting everything done. They made what could have been a stressful cleanup feel easy and hassle-free. 1800-got junk was hired by my apartment complex to remove junk out of my buildings storage unit. Before they started they crashed into my work van causing massive damage to my rear doors, cracked window, and crushed bumper. we exchanged insurance got n contact with their manager “Max” he isn’t much help at all after all this non sense. long story short this happened 2 months ago and their insurance company is still not reaching out to mine to get this resolved i called on 3 different occasions, emailed them myself, & even had my insurance company email them which they then choose to ignore us. Very unprofessional & frustrating. Save your money and go with a more professional company who stands by there name and promise.

Tom and Colby really helped me out in getting rid of 4 mattress's and additional waste bins. They did it with such speed and ease I would highly recommend them for any junk services. Tom and Colby was also very personal as well. Can’t say enough
