Problems with description of siding. What was installed and what I thought I was getting. Problems with gutter installation. Leaking and downspouts put on the wrong place. Things discussed with the sales person and the vague description on the contract caused me to not get the fascia and soffits completed and also not get the hinged down spouts I thought I was getting as well. It was not specifically mentioned in the contract and was told it was extra when asking about them. I was told the gutters would be installed without wrapping the fascia and soffits. Ended up paying an extra $4900 to get the fascia and soffits installed at least where the gutters were being installed. This extra price was after receiving a "discount" from the misrepresentation of the siding. I don't feel the

Friendly, professional & considerate. Did a great job of keeping us as warm as possible (February install) & were very efficient with their clean up. Windows are very well made. Big difference in the warmth of our home. Thank you Hanson’s!

Excellent service. Very Happy with the window purchase, and the price was very reasonable, a fraction of the cost compared to other vendors. Windows replaced ageing wood case, the new windows are well insulated and created a quieter room, from the outside noise, indicating their insulation value. Their special is worthwhile as well.
