David from 1-800-Water Damage came out personally to evaluate the job and explain what was needed. From the start, he’s been professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. His crew—JC, John, and Justin—arrived promptly, were polite, hardworking, and did an excellent job cleaning out all the damaged disgusting debris. They were careful, respectful of my property, and left the area spotless, very impressive! The job is still in-process, but so far everything has been handled smoothly. We had an insidious leak from a damaged iron pipe that was difficult to locate. From start to finish, Dave Kuntz and his crew, Corey and Jaycee, from 1 800 Water Damage of North and West Suffolk worked tirelessly to locate the leak and have it repaired by an excellent plumber from Micci Plumbing. Then Dave helped us to file an insurance claim and the rebuild began. That, too, from start to finish, was conducted professionally and flawlessly, especially by Joe, John, and Kavan, and their crew. The finished rebuild is beautiful and professionally finished. What could have been a difficult experience, especially during the holidays, was made easier and less stressful by this kind and capable team. Thank you!
