Absolute garbage. Would give zero stars if I could. Unit was supposed to be delivered yesterday (Friday) because we desperately needed it by tomorrow (Sunday), got no call ahead confirming it was going to be delivered by the time 2pm rolled around so I called the corporate number. They call the facility and confirm with me it will be delivered between 4:30 and 8:30pm, okay. Well, 9pm rolls around and no delivery, no phone call, nothing. I call the company and am on hold for two hours, nothing. Call the next morning: they can't deliver on Saturday! I was told they only don't deliver on Sunday! Absolute worthless service if they cannot deliver when I order it, and after even confirming it would be delivered Friday!! We desperately needed it by Sunday. UPDATE: Oh, and when the driver finall

Very unprofessional company. They waited until the day after they were originally supposed to arrive to tell my grandmother they couldn’t make it fully knowing she had a long-distance move planned. When she called to get answers or speak with someone local, customer service acted as if they couldn’t transfer her to anyone who could actually help or explain what was going on and then proceeded to lie and say that she wouldn’t be charged but gave the moving company they hired her credit card information so now she has to pay for their mess up. If you are looking to move and need a container i would look elsewhere anywhere is better than here i would put zero stars if i could.

If you are in south east Louisiana do not go through the Baton Rouge facility. We paid extra to have ours delivered before 11 a.m. We did not receive our container by that time. After calling corporate several times and being on hold for over an hour each time, nothing was resolved. We had to call back a third time and ask the corporate office to contact the facility. They reported that they were having truck issues and that it should still be delivered today, or by tomorrow. Never once has the facility in BR contacted us to let us know about what was going on. Very unprofessional and surely put us in a bind. Common courtesy goes a long way. Whole day wasted "waiting" for a phone call. Very disappointed with this company. We were supposed to have a container delivered on July 29th before 11 a.m. We still do not have a container. Several days on the phone holding for over an hour to speak to someone who contacts the facility (because we can't have their number). Corporate can only give me information that the facility gives them. Each day we have been told that the truck is down and hopefully it'll be delivered in the afternoon, if not by the next day. That's the same explanation that we have received for three days now.
