We recently had Derek come out to clean and inspect our liner and pellet stove and were very pleased. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I made my appointment online, and the process was straightforward and convenient.

Came out to do an inspection, we need a liner. Said he would send an invoice with price. 3 weeks later have heard nothing. I have called many times also texted. No Email or response back. Not sure what's going on. Hope all is OK

Derek is great! While it might be a little challenging to reach him over his business phone number, just don’t give it up and keep trying at a different time as he’s likely busy with something else. The online appointment reservation system seems like working great to us and we were able to secure a slot two days in advance and got confirmation from Derek. He will not recommend any cleaning work unless it’s deemed necessary. Very professional and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended to everyone around the Seacoast area!
