1 Degree Construction

This review is long overdue! We are currently on our second project with 1 Degree Construction. Thai, Omri and their team have always been professional, courteous and thorough on the job. Last summer we finished our Master and Guest bathroom remodel, complete with upstairs flooring. Omri has always been responsive to every question or concern we had throughout our project, and has been so easy to work with. Their prices have always been more than fair! I will need to return to google with photos once we finish our entire downstairs remodel that's currently in process with them!

We worked with Thai for some remodeling work on our first home. We interviewed 7 general contractors before choosing 1 Degree Construction and we couldn't ultimately be happier with our choice. The entire project bathroom remodel, deck repair, and electrical upgrades went very smoothly. Thai, David, and their crew were always on top of everything, moved quickly, and were very flexible to pause and resume work as we requested when some bathroom finishes took longer to arrive. Thai was very communicative and clear throughout the entire project and advised us well on multiple occasions; he was flexible to adjust the schedule as we added extra work. We decided to renovate our primary bathroom after dealing with a cramped layout and a shower that never worked right for years. The team did an amazing job reconfiguring the space to make it feel way more open and modern. They were very mindful about keeping the dust contained to the work area which I really appreciated since we were living in the house during the demo. Everything from the flooring to the new vanity was installed with a lot of attention to detail. It feels like staying in a high end hotel every morning now.

My neighbor across the street told me to call Jesse after I saw how her new cabinets turned out last summer. I am really glad I listened because my own kitchen renovation was actually a pretty smooth process from start to finish. He helped me figure out a better spot for the fridge and the new tile work looks great. It is nice to finally have a kitchen that works for us without all the old broken drawers. If you need a solid contractor who shows up when they say they will then Jesse is definitely the guy to call.

We just moved into a place that needed a complete renovation and Oliver really knew what he doing he really helped us get us our dream bathroom for our new house we bought in Sherman Oaks. He didn't try to push those cheap plastic inserts and instead focused on the layout changes that actually made the small space functional. The double vanity fits perfectly and the walk in shower is exactly how we pictured it during the walkthrough. It is a relief to have the master suite finished before we fully unpacked
