Simply jumping in with all of the other reviews reporting dishonest and misleading information. "Hotel Self Parking" suggests overnight parking for $29 as the general use for hotels is an overnight stay. This is simply misleading, and the garage should be avoided. $72 dollars for 17 hours: simply insane.

WARNING: Read their signs carefully! They advertise a $29 daily max rate, but "new fees start at 6 am" means for overnight parking that unless you get the car out before 6 am, you'll pay for the morning hours after 6 pm. No customer seems to expect that and many call it a scam but the operator is well prepared for fighting off complaints: While it will be encouraging to have company in the morning when you get in line to try to complain, the attendant will smirk and give you a card with the company's phone number, then the company will ask you to file your complaint by email, and then the company will send you a form email rejecting your complaint. Propark took over, increased the monthly price, and significantly reduced the quality. I'm currently stuck in the garage because they cancelled my account early even though I paid for the entirety of January. The kiosks don't work, so good luck paying with a daily ticket. Seriously, park elsewhere.

Misleading information, errors in billing* (correction follows) the billing was intentional. ‘Prorate’ has been redefined to mean whatever terms they chose. For example, 5-days of parking prorated is equivalent to a 15 -days or half a month charge, in any circumstance. The “we appreciate your business” is more like a “we gotcha!” style of service. Daily rate means if you don’t move your car by 6am the next day, regardless of the time you parked the night before, you’ll be charged for two days. The response when inquiring about this was indeed condescending and very much (we gotcha, read the fine print next time). Hopefully this helps you all avoid the pitfalls in doing business with this location and company.

TLDR: Overall bad experience. Overpriced, website lies, and customer service was not helpful. Checked the website in advance to get an idea of the cost to park overnight when staying at a nearby hotel, the website said from 2:30pm Saturday to 11am Sunday that the price would be $39.50, which is already steep in my opinion but I had already booked the hotel and needed to park my car. I decided not to reserve the spot online as to not limit myself with the timing of my stay, and paid in person at the lobby pay station. The receipt ended up being $71.68 for the same time frame (actually about 30 minutes less).
