1 Man Appliance Service and Repair

Gavin has fixed several appliances for us over the years: A washer, dryer, and refrigerator. He is great at communicating, I feel extremely safe having him in my home, and he has ultimately saved us tons of money by not having to buy a new appliances.

I had a leaking dishwasher. I appreciate them being upfront about cost (the visit cost + $ per minute), however I would say it's on the higher range. I mentioned that the leakage was happening around the door. However, the repairman saw a leak at the inlet, which he dealt with. He said that if the dishwasher was still leaking within 30 days, then they will come back free of charge. Sounded great. Well, they said that because the leak was from a different area, it is now a different issue and would be charged for the repair still. I whole-heartedly disagree -- the problem was a leak, and it is still leaking. It doesn't matter where it's leaking, that should have been figured out initially. So, because of the expensive repair and I almost feel like the 30 day service was not being adhered to

I was very happy with the service I experienced over the last week.. prompt replies, willingness to be available quickly. And a careful approach to ensure the right things are available for the repair. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I have any appliance issues

Gavin was able to come the next morning after I called about a dishwasher that stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and nice, and at a very reasonable cost! He’s our appliance repair person from now on! (Hope we don’t need him too often though, lol). He’s really great!!

This was awesome! Called and got it repaired the same day, and the price was better than any other service. Highly recommend.
