I recently had my roof replaced by 1MLS Consultants, Inc ,and also gutters. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results !From start to finish, John and his team were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. John was especially great to work with -he took the time to explain every detail of the process ,answered all my questions ,and made sure I understood the materials being used. The crew arrived on time ,worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. My new roof looks fantastic, and I'm confident it's been installed properly. I highly recommend 1MLS Consultants ,Inc and especially John. They did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations

I rarely leave reviews but I believe 1MLS home improvements deserves this for a job well done. At first, I had many questions but thankfully I was able to work with Contractor John. John was great from the start. He answered all of my many questions and showed up on time as so his team did to start work which is already a plus on my list. Our 9 doors were installed in 1 1/2 days and our windows in 1 day as promised. John was very informative and kept me posted on the progress at every step. Kenny worked on my windows and Rene on my doors and they were both great as well. Again, they also showed up on time, experienced, quick, and efficient. John made sure he communicated with them all the way and was on site when work was being done as I was not able to be present for personal obligations.

I contacted MLS and received a response from John who came and gave me an estimate the following day. The price was very fair and the workmanship is excellent. I would have no hesitation using these people again. They were neat they were clean. They are very polite and you can ask for more than that nowadays.

Mike and his team were referred to me by a friend who previously used 1MLS and they were also very satisfied with the work performed. If you want a team that takes their time to understand what your vision is, who are effective and efficient communicators, who perform quality work at an affordable and fair amount and ensures that you are happy with every inch along the journey, then this is your team! We had our house and shed resided, new windows installed and had a portico addition - we were more than satisfied with the work and look forward to working with them again in the future. All we have to say is WOW and THANK YOU!! My wife and I received a letter from our insurance company that we needed a new roof our we would be dropped. I called Mike and that weekend he had all of my material ordered and dropped off at my house. His crew showed up literally 5 days later (about 10-12 hard working guys) and got the entire job done in 4 hours. Clean, thorough and absolutely beautiful work! We can’t thank Mike and his team enough for going above and beyond for us! 100 stars and the before and after photos are posted below! They even did our shed!!!!
