Have call them to get anything started. The quotes and invoices, scheduling someone to get started and moving to the next step. They do great work but No urgency with this company. Taking two weeks to do what should have been done in a week (mitigation/clean up and restoration) and it probably would have taken a month if keep them moving.

These guys were great, they arrived shortly after we called when we had a tub drain back up into the basement. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job. Would use them again but hopefully we don't need to!

This company was fast to get on site, once there no communication on costs till it's done. Took 3 months of negotiating with them while they refused to answer insurance calls. Was a nightmare to coordinate the insurance adjusters with them. They charged for equipment that was never used. Basically, the homeowner can get stuck with a big piece of the bill after insurance pays out what they are willing to.

Couldn’t have hired a better company. They were quick to act and were able to get my basement dried out from the water quickly. Great customer service all around.

What an amazing team of professionals. During a recent water intrusion event at our commercial business, Restoration 1 came right out and stuck with us for a week getting the building ready to reopen. I can't possibly say enough about how great the team was and how responsive they were to our needs. I hope that I never have to deal with this again, but if I do, Restoration 1 is my go to. Kudos to Ryan and Terrell and Austin for a job very well done.
