1 Priority Environmental Services - An EIS Company

I am a general contractor in the hospitality industry with 18 years of service My company is Sprint Roofing and Construction. I have worked with other remediation/abatement companies in the past but none are as professional and honest as 1 Priority. For the past 8 years, I have worked with only Jud and his team on all my demo, mold remediation and abatement projects with all my hotels groups and shopping centers. Their detailed attention to all services, professionalism, quality of work, schedule maintenance and fair pricing is the best in the industry. I was very pleased with the services I received for asbestos removal. Judd the project manager took a great deal of time explaining the process to me and answered all my many questions very well. The service men arrived early, very professional and worked non-stop with a brief break for lunch. They were working in a plastic sealed room with no ac since the vent had to be covered up. I’m not sure how they did that for 7 hours and were courteous and friendly as well. I highly recommend this company and their services.

1 Priority has performed 22 demo and/or abatement projects for us over the last 9 years. Jud has been involved with 78 projects with us over the last 25 years. They say what they do and do what they say. I am confident each time, that they will do the job with excellence and safety for us and our tenants. We could not ask for more.

I would certainly recommend 1priority for asbestos abatement. Although the contamination was unexpected and an extra expense that we did not anticipate on our commercial building, I’m glad that we linked up with Jud at 1priority. He did everything he said he would do from start to finish. Highly recommend.
