We had clogged tub which resulted in leak and at same time water heater crashed. I called the company and they had someone come out that afternoon. Justin was our service tech and he was awesome! Gave us multiple quotes and options to fix things and was here the next day and got it all done. Very nice and professional. Got a free plunger as well

Excellent service! Sean was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond diagnosing my grinder pump situation, got my pipes unfrozen and fixed a broken pipe. And even offered advice on how to hopefully prevent any future reoccurrences. He’ll be back in a few days with a new grinder pump and I feel confident it’ll last a long time. I recommend 1 Tom Plumber and their employee, Sean to anyone who needs a plumber who does incredible work but also cares about their customers!

Gavin came out to replace my PRV and address a basement leak. The installation is clean, solid and professionally done. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was completed properly. I appreciate his professionalism and would absolutely request Gavin again for future plumbing work.

Sean and Gavin did a great job with our home. We had multiple issues that they took care of and caught some issues before they became major problems. They kept us informed while they worked and were helpful to answer questions and go back over information.
