100 First Parking

Been coming here for almost a year; folks are generally really nice people and pricing is expensive but inline with other lots in the area. Unfortunately, today when I went to pick up my car, there was a massive ding in the door with fresh paint peeling. Really disappointed that this happened and that tried to hide it. I'm going to talk to Ray, the manager, to see if this can get resolved. If they had just let me know that it happened, we could have come to some reasonable arrangement as I understand that these types of things happen sometimes, but the fact that they tried to hide it is unacceptable.

I was a little concerned about this garage given the mixed reviews. However, I had a great experience. Great customer service, clean garage, easy to get to/from the street (it's street level so you don't have to deal with an elevator or go through a building lobby to walk in or out). I would absolutely park here again.

This is my go to parking lot. It is off of Mission and first Street in the heart. of San Francisco financial district. Just down the corner from the salesforce tower. The attendance are courteous and respectful. They are jovial and run efficiently cars in and out. The facility actually has access to a bathroom which they will give you the code which makes even safer before you jump in the car to fight the commute traffic home.

This was a great place to valet our car when we had a appointment at the Australian Consulate. Super clean, very polite staff. It is more expensive , however if mobility is an issue, valet is super helpful. The walk to the Consulate was about 5 minutes.
