101 Handyman Repairs

Working in real estate for 10+ years i know how hard it is to find good reliable help with projects. I recently worked with Edwin to complete some jobs at a property and they did an amazing job. I had been calling around to multiple different appliance installation and handy man companies but nobody could really let me know what I needed to do and glad I finally got in touch with Edwin. I hade a couple issues i needed fixed and he assured me over the phone that he would be able to help out and was able to come out within a day to get it fixed. They arrived on time and got right to work seeing what the problem was and figuring out the best way to fix it. Edwin was super easy to communicate with from start to end which made the whole process seamless for us. He removed our old door, installed a new door for us, and did a few electrical items that had to be taken care of outside. In the past, we've had some problems with others who do mediocre work or make a mess, so we really appreciated how clean/organized he is and the attention to detail he has with his work. We would 100% recommend him to anyone and thank you Edwin!

Edwin did a fantastic job opening a panel behind my pantry to access water connections to the washing machine. He was thorough, and went the extra mile to make sure it was exactly what was best for the situation. He has very reasonable and fair prices and I will not hesitate to use him again. I liked that he communicated clearly with me from setting up the appointment to the actual work process. Highly recommended.

Edwin helped me with some small fixes from 12/30/23 to 1/3/24 in North Hills (91343). Patch and paint work for holes in the walls, replacing a toilet paper holder, fixing some stairs, repainting stair rails, and fixing a toilet leak. He responded quickly and answered every question along the way, he sent pictures for everything he did for me to see while away from home, he was very trustworthy (from the results and from the professionalism), and he worked around New Years!
