My garage roof had a leak so I had a neighbor’s roofer guy look at it and he said I should have my insurance company inspect my whole roof because it looked bad. I called my awesome insurance agent’s office – Steve Riebel with State Farm. I was told I should call Dave with 101 Roofing & Remodeling because he’s the only one they trust. I called and had the most pleasant conversation with Dave. I got off the phone and all I could say was “wow”. His people skills and knowledge are incredible. He and Steve came out, did an assessment, explained I wouldn’t qualify for a new roof, but it’s likely I’ll be needing one in 5 or so more years and quoted me an approximate price. I worked with 101 Roofing & Remodeling to replace my roof in 2023. The team at 101 was great. They were super responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. The team was patient with my endless questions and was accommodating to my time frame and special requests. If you're looking for a small, local business where you can call with questions and speak to the same person each time, they're for you. If you're looking for a "big box store" feel where you're just a number, look elsewhere.

Dave and the team at 101 Roofing are the best to work with. They came out right away after one call and looked at my roof, found damaged. They work with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Dave met at my residence with my assurance adjuster went through everything with them and got me the best price for the damage that I had. They took care of everything as I am a busy professional and I didn't have time to deal with the insurance company and looking at multiple roofing companies, etc. It took one call to 101 Roofing and it was handled. The other thing is that their crew that came and did the work were so professional and when they where done you couldn't even tell that they were there. 101 Roofing and Remodeling did a couple of projects on my house. First, they replaced my roof and did a great job...the inspector said they even went above and beyond what was required of them. Second, and more impressively, they replaced a door that had rotted out at the bottom where the person who built it initially did not do it correctly. It was a 2 day job but they had the door replaced day 1 so that we did not have to go a night without a locked door which was important to us as we have kids. They even came in under quote, which was an added bonus!
