1010 Parking

this company is scamming hard. Parked here to go to wicked wolf, validated my parking and got a $100+ ticket in the mail for failing to pay? Disputed it, provided proof of the validation along with my receipt and they are still refusing to void the ticket. Do not make the mistake of parking in this garage

Validated parking at Blackjack, was 10 minutes late back to the car and got hit with a $102 fine weeks later. LAZ Parking is a predatory scam!

Got a parking ticket in the mail for $55 after receiving validation from Wicked Wolf. This garage used to offer parking passes that you take in the retail and insert upon leaving. Guess they needed a way to make extra money off patrons so now if you leave a minute later than your email confirmation or validate a minute after their grace period they’re sending you a ticket. Absolutely ridiculous! Been living in Atlanta 10 years and parking situation keeps getting worse by these money hungry companies.

Got a $55 bill a month later even though The Sugar Factory comped my parking. They say that it wasn’t done in the a lot of time and that we overstayed the allotted time. The sugar factory took forever getting to us (and they were NOT busy at that time) to give us the code and then the code didn’t work. It took like 4 times before the manager was called over and gave the correct code for it to go through. Now I’m being charged $55 for them taking so long and not knowing the correct code that day. If memory serves me correct the parking for it was only $15 for an hour. We ended up being there for 2 1/2 hours again because the service at sugar factory was so freaking slow. A month later, I got a $102 fine from PRRS—even though there was no sign, kiosk, or way to enter a code. The bar did nothing to help. Beware: parking here can cost you more than your meal.
