Warning for parking: STEEP FEES. This parking lot, albeit incredibly convenient, charges an $85 fee for overstay of allotted time (with a $4 payment fee for phone or online payment). If you pay within the first 15 days they will grant you $45+fee price to mail to Ft Lauderdale. I received this fee for being 43 min over while at a restaurant. They sent a text to notify 15 timeframe prior to overstay but no way to extend with online payment. FYI for those parking, do not miss your deadline. They have cameras tracking in and out with timestamps, you will receive a letter in the mail; not on your car.

CAREFUL! You try to pay as instructed in the signs throughout the parking lot (ParkByApp), the app doesn't accept payment, and they send you a $90.00 bill.
