Took an hour to get out of the garage and had to pay $4 extra(on top of $10 prepaid at the machine by the elevator) to leave bc the other exit is blocked. Mixed with the machines not accepting payment and causing massive backups when the garage was only 1/4 full at most. I believe everyone else also had to pay a 2nd time bc of the wait which added to the wait. Do not recommend until they fix the other exit at least. SCAMMY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Long line because they don't take cash and card machine is very slow,waited in line 40 minutes,surprised when we got in only 25 percent full.to bad city must lose a lot on this process
Never had any problems and car always stayed dry on rainy days
