An infrastructure designed by Swiss architect Herzog & de Meuron. An interpretation of a “tropical” infrastructure that emphasizes porosity. It has very simple architectural expression: exposed concrete slabs with grand columns. More importantly, the garage also features gallery and commercials, which according to the architect, is to rethink the parking garage as a pure service/function-driven structure.

1111 is a beautiful architectural building. Get on elevator and go to top floor for incredible Miami Beach/downtown Miami views.

i personally thought this was a cool parking garage, i only went because of the panoramic views it had and my friends and i wanted to sit outside on our car and watch the sunset and look at the miami skyline and we heard this was a really cool place to do it. it had a flat rate of $20, which is understandable, i don’t have a complaint about that. we went all the way up to the 7th floor, it was pretty empty, there were some people taking pictures there and it was a really nice view, really relaxing place. i’d go again to do the same thing.

First and foremost the building is a parking garage and business. Professional photography is NOT Allowed without prior management approval. You can take a few personal photos with your phone but that's all. $20 flat rate for every 5hrs parked. 24-hour Security on site will be there to make sure no one's going to be walking around your car that shouldn't be.

This garage has 24/7 security and management always responds to my calls and situations. They recently change the prices which is much better than before. The garage is super clean 👌🏾and the wind blows right through so it's not hot and muggy. I highly recommend.🙌🏾♥️
