My husband and I came today to enjoy some time here in Alton Road so we decided to park in this establishment. We were outside of our vehicle and we decided to take ONE photo with our cellphone when a man and woman approach us and came VERY close to our faces and did not even say “hello” or anything and asked us what we were doing there? And we were very confused as that is NOT a way for anyone to approach you and simply told us that there were no photos ALLOWED! And simply requesting we leave! This needs to be addressed this is not a way to speak to anyone and if something is not allowed please ask nicely! What a way to ruin anyone’s day hope their security management not even sure if those people were security as they never even addressed themselves get spoken to or get fired! DONT GIVE

I went to see my doctor Dr. Shaw and always have trouble finding parking in the area but this garage is the BEST option. The rates are fair for the beach but to my surprise it was completely validated! This will be my new go to garage.

Nefunguje jim automat na zaplacení lístku!!!! Když jsme to řešili se security omylem jsme zmáčknuli nový parking za 100 $, ale to se hned z karty odečetlo ale původní za 25 $ zaplatit nešel. Hned jsme volali na jejich linku, tam nám řekli, že máme volat druhý den, byla neděle a v kanceláři nebyli správní lidé, a že nám peníze vrátí. Sekurity řekl, že máme vyjet na ten nový tiket za 100$ ... Tak jsme jeli a když jsme volali, druhý den, řekli nám, že smůla že původní tiket za 25$ nebyl ukončen/uhrazen. Už nikdy!!!!!
