Do not park here! Spothero scanner won’t let you back in the building and you will be locked out like every other review on here. Also, they have no working phone line and the call button on the scanning machine is a foreign women who purposely told me to hang up and call back and let it go to voicemail. horrible service!

DO NOT PARK HERE! We prepaid for parking with Spot Hero. We were leaving past midnight and the doors were completely locked and we were not able to enter the garage. Scanning our ticket did absolutely nothing. There was no on-site attendant. The support service is outsourced to India. A lady we connected with on the kiosk call help button was insisting that they don't sell prepaid tickets and we'd need to buy a new ticket. Which is fraud, but we also literally couldn't buy a ticket if we even wanted to. She finally opened the door after several calls of her hanging up on us. Once we were in the garage, the gate would not open to let us out. The help call button did not work on the exit kiosk. Having received validation from La Isla, i put in tickets and the $5 cash and did not get an exit ticket. Nice man on line when i called said “proceed to gate.” At gate, used intercom again and different person claimed i never paid $5. I asked if they had video surveillance of machine and requested he check it to confirm my payment. The person, Christian said “you didnt pay.” I asked him what to do and he advised me to pay. I asked him to call police since i had no phone service and had someone who had witnessed me put in both tickets and $5 cash. A woman queued behind me and told me they tried same scam with her. After 15 minutes and 5 cars lined up they finally opened the gate. My guess is this is normally a profitable scam for this business. I highly recommend boycotting this suspect bu

This parking garage posts misleading signage outside the garage that leads you to believe you'll be paying 5 dollars for up to an hour, but at the very bottom, you'll see a time limit on that price. I just parked my car in this lot for 15 minutes and had to pay 20 dollars. The attendant in the office was useless, said there was nothing she could do (What is her "job"? I'm not sure.) She gave me a number to call to speak to a supervisor and a man with a very thick accent answered the phone who was impossible to understabd. After many repetitions, he told me there was nothing he could do about it and his boss would be in on Tuesday 9am-3pm. I intend to report the charge on my credit card as fraud if I cannot get in touch with a representative to refund me.

When trying to leave the deck the kiosk ate my credit card. Took almost an hour for the on-call attendant to retrieve it, eating into my travel time for a family gathering. Attendant said he wasn't authorized to discount my fee. Will use city deck next time.
