***I had some serious stains and added a lot of extra treatments and still felt the price was well worth it and very reasonable . Work ethic couldn't possibly be beat with these guys. I put a Google estimate request in and they called me within 2 minutes. Talked for a long time and answered all my questions about a job we determined was not even worth it (related to an inexpensive rug with pet damage that belongs to a friend) however, because he was so incredibly generous with his time and expertise I booked him for cleaning my own carpets. Being a Christian, I am so grateful that their business is named after Romans one verse 16. It was a great conversation starter and certainly a wonderful way to speak truth into someone’s life. DJ and the other technician were fabulous. They were extremely thorough, explained all the products all the technology and everything they could do to assist me with the problems I had with my rug. I had a problem with dog urinating in my living room and the stains and smell were terrible. They were able to take care of the stains, remediate them and get rid of any odors. My carpet looks like brand new. I was able to go out and see the water runoff and all the dog for they removed from my rug. They worked very hard for my business. 116 Extreme tackled a hot pink nail polish splatter mess on our recently installed carpet with great success! They were able to get it out completely, much to our surprise 😮. Their technicians were polite, helpful, and professional. Will definitely call them when our next carpet disaster hits!
