Been sitting in the same spot for over a hour not moving. They should have someone directing us out of here instead of holding us hostage. Never parking here again.

Went to dave and busters tonight for my brothers birthday. I always use this garage and told him to park there as well. Everytime i’ve used this garage i’ve NEVER paid more than $18. WHICH IS WHAT YOUR WEBSITE SAYS!!!!! Imagine my surprise when i leave and im hit with $40!!!!! i was there from 8-11 pm. 4 hours??? i’ve spent more time at dave and busters and spent less than 40. if you’re not going to honor your website prices fix your website. i will NEVER park here again. would rather give my money to another business and walk than to be hit with a $40 parking ticket.

I was parked for a little under an hour and spent 2 additional hours in line to get out the garage. And ended paying for an additional hour and a half.

Stayed the night in this garage while visiting New Orleans, and I’d say it was a win, no issues at all. The rate was $35 for 24 hours, which was the best I could find in the area. We parked here while staying at the Hyatt and attending the sports card show at the Superdome. Convenient location and solid value for the price. The Hyatt has a skybridge on the 2nd floor that connects directly to the hotel, which was super convenient. From there, you can take the express elevator straight to the check-in desk on the 11th floor. I pre-booked on the app and only had to scan my QR code when entering and exiting, super easy in-and-out process. Would definitely park here again.

Impossible to exit... stuck in bumper to bumber on the 3rd floor. 20 mins later still in same spot.
