I lost my apartment keys and had a really stressful night. Three other locksmith services promised to call back but never did. Don was the only one who actually showed up—he arrived in just 10 minutes and got the job done quickly and professionally. Super grateful! I’ll be recommending this service to everyone I know.

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. I called and spoke to Don about an issue we were having with a lock and he took the time to explain everything in detail. The next day he and Adam came out and resolved the issue professionally and efficiently. I absolutely recommend. They have definitely earned a new customer.

Don was awesome. My baby locked herself in a bedroom so he prioritized us and he came so fast and was able to get our door open quickly. We appreciate it!!!!

Today around 11 am I called and Don responded super cordial and polite. I had explain to him my situation and he said he will have one of the techs to call me back. Seems as the tech was pretty busy and Don called me right back to tell me and said, let’s to something, I’ll come over and take a look at your situation, if I can fix it I’ll charge you. If not we can leave it as is. And before I start fixing it you tell me if you’re okay with the price and move forward with the service. Super accommodating. We met at my house. And he worked under the Florida heat for about 1.5 hr. Then in comes Adam, and these 2 gentlemen worked together to try to make this happen for me. And although not a 100% successful due to my car being a lemon, and did what I needed them to. AMAZING AND HONEST SERVICE
