The crew at 123 Property Services gets it done. We had a particularly difficult grade on the sides of our cabins that needed a field stone retaining wall and we weren't sure how to proceed. Matt made the drive out in September and got us a quote for material and labor. As promised, the rock got dumped in October and Matt & Mason got to work immediately. Within a few days, they had tamed the slope with their MT100, laid geotextile down, and delicately placed each individual boulder. The team works hard and earned our business and respect.

Matt and his crew did a great job adding a small retaining wall to our front yard. He came out to get an idea of what we were thinking for the project and he provided a very reasonable quote for the work. Would highly recommend Matt & 123 Property Services on any landscaping needs!

I highly recommend Matt and his team!! Matt is extremely organized, responsive, and clear in his communications. He's also creative, helping us with a stepped retaining wall in a tighter space, and working around other challenges. Scheduling was top notch. Despite multiple days of heavy rain that delayed things, they worked long and hard and were able to finish almost as originally forecast. The result looks fantastic, and the pricing was more than fair. When I have another landscaping project, I know who to call!

Matt at 123 was professional and really easy to work with! I asked him to help me with some tree trimming/removals and was extremely happy with the results! I have since referred him to a few people and he was able to help them with their paver patios and landscaping projects! I've heard nothing but great reviews about the work he's done!
