Do not pull in to do anything here. They will try to charge you for staying 10 mins even if you didn’t get out of your car. Wild they want $110. Eat me.

Be careful parking here. There was a person standing at the entrance directing cars and requesting cash payment. We paid in cash and were allowed to enter and park. Later, we received a parking notice demanding $125, claiming the lot is cashless. If cash is truly not accepted, there should not be anyone on-site collecting cash from drivers. This creates a very misleading and frustrating situation for customers.

DO NOT PARK HERE. There is a person taking cash for parking. They will then send you a notice in the mail from Vanguard saying that you did not pay. They will show pictures of your car but will not care to look at camera footage of someone taking money from you. They will not allow you to dispute either. Reporting this company to the BBB. DO NOT PARK HERE.

This used to be my go-to parking location for arena events because of easy in and out, as well as reasonable cost. I was surprised by a $50 parking fee for a recent Heat game and should have moved to another place but it was late. Apparently the new management is into price gouging. There are cheaper places closer to the arena.

They broke into my car and smashed several other car's windows. Stole my property. Did not even get a refund for parking there. Employees on site seemed not to care that anyone's property got stolen. Owner was rude as hell when I asked for a refund.
