$$*Pricey*$$ Not too impressed. Parked here twice on two separate days. It was $25 the first day, and $35 the second.. Seems kinda expensive. Very congested area. Tons of traffic both in vehicles and on foot. Several homeless people near the entrance and exit. Stay aware of your surroundings.

Used this Parking garage from Sat Feb 7th to Monday Feb 9th. Overnight 2 nights. Typical parking garage. Had NO bad experiences. We just pulled up...took Parking ticket...and paid w CC when exited. Easy Peasy!!

I didn't have any issues. I was freaked out by people saying they were robbed at gunpoint and couldn't use the third party parking to get out of the gate... But I scanned my QR code and got in and out with ZERO issues. Right across from the venue, too? Best 30 dollars ever spent.

Be aware: this is a scam. I bought a ticket online, but when I tried to use it, the scan didn’t work. I was then forced to pay for a lost ticket, which meant paying $50 more. When I called for help, the intercom speaker was so quiet you could barely hear the person. In the end, they just told me: “We cannot help you.” Even though I had proof of payment on my phone, they refused to do anything. They claimed we should have taken a paper ticket upon entry, but when we drove in, the gate was lifted and allowed us through without requiring one. If a ticket is absolutely needed, the system should force you to stop and get one. There are no instructions posted anywhere. When you’re stuck at the exit, with cars lined up behind you and no staff onsite to help, you’re essentially forced into paying

Aggressive homeless sitting right outside of the garage as you walk out to go downtown. Not enough lighting and definitely not enough security. Very few cameras around. Be sure to video record everything as you walk out and walk back to your car at the end of the night. Don't touch your handles - use something else to get your door open as substance has been left on peoples door handles before. Unsafe garage if you ask me. Make sure you "carry" it you're parking here. And don't park here if it's just one or a few of you. You need to be in a group. The south is the land of pickup trucks and SUVs; yet, this garage seems to have forgotten that. If your vehicle is bigger than a small four door Toyota Camry, good luck. It's hard getting in and out of here as it is, let alone, a vehicle any bigg
