1307 Grandview Ave Parking

We received a parking ticket for non-payment IMMEDIATELY after parking as we were walking to the sign to register and pay. The name of the company that operates here is called Professional Parking Services and they are not an accredited business on the BBB… I wonder why.

Do not park here. I accidentally selected the wrong vehicle in the app and was fined $25 with 15 minutes of parking in the lot. I disputed the ticket but they said they can’t prove both cars weren’t parked there and required me to still pay.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Like many people have noted, they will ticket immediately as they have a staff member there monitoring cars all day. Park on the street and walk. Trying to find a spot in this lot takes longer than parking in the neighborhood and walking. I want my money back and will never give this greedy company my money again.

I would suggest finding another place to park. It now charges, is not cheap, particularly if the guy that spends the entire day walking around the parking lot checking compliance gets you when you go over your time by a couple minutes. It makes the valet charge around the corner look like a deal.

So difficult to patronize GRANDVIEW. Many times I gave up and spent my $50 in Upper Arlington. Today, 9/10/22 wanted to have lunch at Round II, grab a doz cookies at Cubs and a cup of coffee at STAUB'S with 3 of my sons. Parking was the culprit. Went to Dublin instead. I am done wasting time in Granview.
