We had a flood between our first and second floors caused by an issue in our second-floor bathroom, and 13:12 Cleaning & Restoration did an outstanding job from start to finish. They responded quickly, removed the damaged drywall, thoroughly dried everything out, and kept the work area clean and organized. Even more impressive was how considerate they were of our family while we continued living in the home—maintaining access to usable areas and communicating clearly throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed beautifully, and the finished area actually looks better than it did before the damage. Excellent communication, great customer service, and high-quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration services.
