It is not secure. Someone can put random numbers in or not specify their plate number and the parking system would charge Someone else with a similar number.

Metropolis Fraud Alert Ring: Nearly a year ago I parked at another parking garage. We paid while leaving, never thought anything about it. We started getting charges to our credit card a year later from this garage that used Metropolis. We contacted our bank and a fraud investigation was started and approved. Beware, I have never been in this garage before, I live in Oregon. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Nice try Metropolis!

This is my go-to parking garage for any sporting events in Detroit. Max $12.99 parking per day (unless there is a special event occurring downtown. It will be posted) in a secure garage. 10-15 minute walk to the stadiums. Easy in and out 😎

Came to visit for a day. The previous reviews were helpful, and upon arrival, easy to find, easy to park, easy to pay and a worker was ready to help with the parking system. Affordable rate, $12.99 for my six hour visit. Note: no public restroom here. The location was great and I'd use this garage again.

Had a monthly parking prescription. Metropolis removed my payment method and then double charged me for my parking. Avoid this garage at all costs. I am forced to use this parking as it is connected to my apartment building, but am currently looking for other options after poor service.
