This place is a bait & switch scam. Saw the posting of $10 for the first hour so pulled into the garage ~3:58pm—knowing I just had to run into an office across the street to pick something up. The attendant asked how I long I would be there, and I said less than an hour. He told me the price was $18. I asked him why when the sign clearly says $10 for the first hour and he mumbled something about that being the price after 5pm. It technically wasn’t even 4pm yet and I had just told him I’d be there for less than an hour, yet he insisted on me having to pay $18. I was already running late so didn’t have the time to fight it. This was absolutely shady & I was honestly considering reporting them to the AG for so blatantly scamming folks. This review will have to do instead. Don’t use this gara

Came on Monday morning to park for 4 hours and we paid online. After park, a big black women at front desk in lobby with very bad behavior and no respect or skills to solve the problem she said we can’t park as the garage closed and she refused to refund or to give us a number we can call to get our money back. The hours are not correct and the attendant lied. Would not risk it again. We reported here and we got our money back

Don't believe their hours - they say they're open until 3 am, but they actually close at 1 am with no way to get a car once they're closed. SpotHero will let you book when they're not open, so beware of that too.

At late night, this is the only parking garage you can find nearby. All the other garage closed. Really appreciate the owner/supervisor of the garage to accommodate people arriving late. It really saved me of finding street parking on a cold winter night in a city unfamiliar to me. The garage has late opening hours on weekends and holidays since they open until 3am. When you get in, you can ask the front office for weekend and holiday schedules. If you have your car parked and need to get the car in urgent situation, there is off hour assistance number you can call (at the entrance of the garage and on your receipt). Came on a Friday evening to park overnight. The attendant gave us our ticket and verified we could park overnight and pick up around 10/11 am on Saturday. We had paid when we first parked. The next morning the garage was closed with no way to enter. No attendants were there. Luckily someone with a parking pass happened to show up and opened the door or we wouldn’t have been able to access our vehicle. The hours are not correct and the attendant lied. Would not risk it again.
