Great place to park for Ball Arena during the week. Feels very secure and safe, always has security on and stationed at the entrance. Well lit, easy in and out and $6 after 5pm on weekdays. Can't ask for much more from a parking garage

Ignore any “Daily Specials”. Despite having a sign saying $14 for overnight parking they still charge $20. Assistant on the intercom confirmed they had no such rates in the system despite a board outside.

Reserved via SpotHero. System demanded payment upon exit, which it should not have. On top of that, the credit card reader didn't work, and nobody answered the "assistance" button for several minutes. Parking should not be this hard.
