You may be tempted to park here because it’s close to the Ball Arena, and cheap, but do not. It took us about a half an hour to get out after an Avs game and we walk fast. Will never park there for an event again.

Just don't park here for events. I am sure it's is fine during a work day with a few people leaving at a time, but after an event let's out, they have one exit, and no staff to direct traffic fairly. If you're charging people to park, you have to make it so they can also leave. Shame on them

Absolutely horrible. Do NOT park here. There is only one entrance and exit and after an event the whole parking lot is waiting to exit. It took us over an hour to get out of the parking garage.

I parked here for $12 an hour and I was a half hour more than my reservation and they charged me $16. Super frustrating, and I will also add that they're intercom did not work

This parking garage is a scam it does not exist , I even had a police officer to help me find it I want a refund the customer service number rep said they do not have supervisor to speak with do not use this
