Total ripoff. $35 for two hours. Then they give you the option to “extend” but then force you into another 2-hour payment for a total of $70. They charge $50 until 3am so they essentially stole $20 from us with their “extension” instead of doing the ethical thing which would be to charge the difference between $35 and their $50 max. Will report to department of consumer affairs, but in the meantime, stay away and find a legitimate operation.

Regardless of paying by phone, they will send you a tag picture parking violation letter charging you +$100 but giving you a $50 “reduced charge” if you pay within 15 days of receiving such letter. Two things here: I paid by phone and I was in and out in 23 minutes. They still send you a parking violation letter. They talk about a Parking Contract “clearly displayed at the parking facility”, trying to comply with the law’s loop holes .... just be careful guys, lots of entities trying to legally rob you.

I HAVE PAID USING THE APP PAY BY PHONE FOR PARKING SPACES AND I HAVE GOTTEN A PARKING VIOLATION FOR GOD SAKES

Paid for my time, and still got sent a letter in the mail saying I need to pay the reduced fine within 15 days

Don’t park here, professional parking management will send you a bill regardless if you paid.
