1635 Stout St Parking

Elevator is dead, fecal matter and urine smells in the stairs going down, entire structure is hard to navigate. Tight. But the ceilings are really pretty. Strange that the nearby hotel Valet recommends this place

Parked here for the first time today. Everything was great until I got out of my car, fun & zippy one-way roundabouts all the way up to the third floor! Elevator room smells like my great aunt’s diaper after a wild Christmas dinner - someone lost control of their bowels. Carpets were probably pulled out of Buffalo Bill’s water well in his basement, albeit no lotion present. Skipped the elevator on my way back and used the stairs instead, where I almost slipped on this monster dookie!

I booked to park here through spot hero. Getting into the garage was very confusing, and there was no way to scan my QR code at entry. You have to go up multiple levels as everything except for parking on a roof is reserved parking. After I parked, all the doors on that level were locked, and I had to walk down the ramp you drive on to be able to access the elevators. It was a confusing and inconvenient parking experience. Will not park here again.

When there isn't any parking, you still have to pay the $3 to get out.

Why am I paying $200/mo to park here when there are several times when there aren’t any spaces. Not a single one. I will be complaining and getting a partial refund or I’m disputing the charge
