DO NOT PARK HERE! This parking lot is a SCAM. Even if you pay and try to do everything right, they WILL still send you an 80$ ticket after. Look up reviews for PRRS (Parking Revenue Recovery Services) to find many others who have been scammed. If you dispute your ticket online/via phone, they will “settle” for $60, but others online have said that they have had better luck disputing in person, and still others have had luck disputing after being sent to collections. Bottom line: DO NOT PARK HERE.

Used the lot with SpotHero and still got an $80 "ticket" from an operator called Parking Revenue Recovery Services PRRS, despite the lot being owned by LAZ Parking (I think). Best avoided. Select a different option for parking downtown.

Beware, do not park here if you are not in a compact car. There is (}1) 4"x6" card in front of one parking spot that evidently signifies the entire lot is compact cars only. It's a scam for $80 fines

Do not park here. I parked here at 11:50 and was out shortly after 2 and paid for 2 hours at $24. I received a ticket for $87 due to parking expiration. This lot is a SCAM
