Kind of funny! I used a spot hero parking service and they charge me $48 to reserve a space, Turns out that the fee was $60 a day and I couldn’t Leave the garage until I paid them $180…. So all total for 60 hours of parking actually I paid nearly $220… Now, if you go directly to the parking garage website, it clearly states the maximum fee for 24 hours is $60, Got charged for a full three days of parking on top of the reservation fee that spot hero charged. The entire deal was a scam. I was going to believe I would pay $48 for the entire time. Avoid spot hero in this garage at all costs of course you have the cash!

Adding to the chorus. Read through the full fee chart, including weekend rates, before driving in—upon leaving it was 1.5x more. The only place where this rate was shown was on the kiosk screen as you're leaving, nowhere else. This is almost certainly an illegal business practice that they know they can get away with due to the relatively small sums. Hopefully local consumer protection agencies clamp down at some point.

!CAUTION! Sign says $3......... But actually It's $3 FOR 15 MINS!! A deceptive business practice! We paid $285 monthly for 24/7 unlimited access which is not a bad deal compares to other customers review that paid $50 for 3 hours-ouch. Not happy about the garage was closed for about a week in July for painting so we had to spend extra money for parking at other places. They should have given reimbursement for the week I paid elsewhere.

$51 for 2.5 hours!!!!! The sign outside doesn't match the fees. It was a challenge to find the entrance to get back to my car - if you are facing the doors to the garage go to the left and you will see an outdoor atrium. There's a ticket scanner and you will scan your ticket and the glass double doors will unlock (it looks like you're going into a business lobby). Find the elevators and take the elevator to your parking floor.

Just tell people its $16/hr. How is it legal to not post prices and only find the price by reading google reviews. Its $3 first 15 min and $16/hr from there.
