Don’t purchase parking for this garage online. The QR code won’t work and you’ll need to push the button for help on the way out. When the attendant finally answers there will likely be an angry line formed behind you & you’ll be interrogated/ called a liar before they finally let you out of the gate 15 mins later. This is my second time parking here and second time this happened. There will not be a third.

DON'T PARK HERE. the qr code used for payment doesn't work bc there is not internet service in the garage and the credit reader at the exit doesn't work either. I called the customer service number 5 times without an answer and was subsequently locked in the garage for 30 mins.

Watch out. If you use a parking app you have to read our a code to exit which takes forever. After a downtown event it took 45 minutes to exit because of the long line.

Call button doesn’t work. So they won’t accept online reservations. So you’ll get double charged
