16th Street Center Parking - ParkChirp

Have had good luck parking here (at least 3 times so far) and reserving ahead of time through the SpotHero app. Safe, well lit, and usually lots of availability. Pretty easy system to go in and out and scan your already paid parking on the app. Easy access to Denver Center for the Performing Arts complex down the road. Just be aware the pricing can fluctuate based on the time of day and day of the week.

PARK ELSEWHERE if you want to use ParkWhiz or Spothero they do not actually accept either at this location BEWARE! They will make you pay full price and then go through the headache of getting refunded through the booking apps.. I work across the street and it’s convenient for my clients to park here but what a NIGHTMARE! Over the last year I’ve had to use another garage. It’s a bummer they can’t seem to be bothered to fix their scanner or take their garage off the booking apps…

This place offers early bird pricing for 11.00. When you leave the garage, you will be charged max pricing! Nowhere does it say that it is for the ROOF TOP ONLY. The staff was extremely rude and would not help. Would not share contact information. This is FALSE advertisement. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Fantastic overnight parking, however do not park here for the short term. The prices are unreasonable for short intervals. Also, this might be the safest garage I've ever parked in. Their system for re-entry is on point. If you lose things easily, don't park here.

I prepaid for a parking spot for a weekend for $75. We went to leave and pressed the call number multiple times to read off the transaction number and no one answered. My friend who was driving ended up paying an extra $60 for us to get out because the event we were at let out and there was a huge line. They will not answer the phone or reply to my emails. Don't bother with this place unless you like spending $135 for parking. edit: they eventually got back to me and sent me a check in the mail for a refund of my $75. Adding two stars for them making it right in the end.
