We had one of the worst experiences in Miami by being robbed in our hotel room, which was included the park ticket. When we reached the garage we explained our situation to them and I just couldn’t believe how understanding and nice they were with us. After most of people in from Miami hospitality not really care about our situation, they were just the best and the ones that still make me believe that we still have good people in the world! You guys deserve much more than 5 starts! Thank you so much!

Perfect spot to park if you want to visit Lincoln Road. Not too far from anything. Note it does get full because it’s close to the Miami Beach Convention Center.

We parked here to run a service in the nearby for only 40 minutes and we were charged $15! This’s a scam and the customer service was extremely rude and with a bad attitude. According to the price chart reported to the board at the entrance we should have paid only $2! I suggest to avoid to park there because this garage is a trap !!!!!!!! BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

$2 per hour parking AND $15 flat rate if there is an event. GREAT location on Lincoln road and very affordable and I believe the cheapest option available

Was good when going to work on SOBE. Since the city raised the prices, only good if visiting SOBE for a short amount of time.
