1701 Platte St Parking

I went on a trip to Denver in November of 2019. My friend and I wanted to go to a restaurant across the street so we parked in this parking lot on 1701 Platte St. When we got out of the car to the parking meter, it was out of order so we called the number posted on the billboard to pay, but since it was Veteran's Day(a holiday) the calling service said they were unavailable even though it was a toll free number. There was also another sign that stated said we could pay online using an app but when I tried to download the app and use the parking lot code, it was also still unavailable. We ended up giving up and went down the street to park at a parking garage since we did not want to get fined a ticket. Permit-parking only during the day. No prominent signage indicating as much. Lots of folks wasting their time parking & going to the payment machine only to get turned away.

The people who run this lot are crooked aaaholes. Criminals.
