1732 James Ave Parking

First off 66$ for 1.5 hours of parking is rediculous. Was told by attendant who was on duty that if I was under 2 hrs they would refund the difference. Instead they tried to scam me and send me a bill for an extra 115$. Don't park here if you can help it.

Do NOT park here, you will be told not to use PayByPhone and to instead use their meter because it is "cheaper". Not only is this not true, but you will receive a "ticket" from "Professional Parking Managment" scammers.

As the manager here at 1732 James ave we highly appreciate all your comments. We don't change prices here, we adjust to the market. Every hotel in the radius of 2 blocks charge between $39 to $46 per night plus tax. We provide a service much greater than valet because we are with your vehicles the whole time they are parked. We also charge far less than any hotel near by and operate much faster when it comes to retrieving your vehicle. Thank you again for the negative and positive views! The staff who secure the car park are friendly & polite. I stayed in the Nautilus By Arlo on Collins Avenue. They wanted $50 per 24 hours to park the car there. I left my car here instead for $30 a night! I could access the car any time between 6:00am & 2:00am as many times as I wanted & it was only a 3 minute walk back to the hotel.

The parking's location is ideal for those needing quick access to different parts of the beach, the attendant named luis i think, with his friendly and professional demeanor, is always ready to assist and make the parking experience as smooth as possible.
