1755 Blake Street Parking - ParkChirp

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before parking here. I booked and paid for a spot on the app Spot Hero (used many times before with no issues) but then received a collections notice for $90 from the garage for an unpaid ticket. I’m following up with both companies, but based on other reviews, I’m not confident in the outcome. Park anywhere else!

Parked in this garage for a hour. Sign out front said free parking. Received a letter in the mail saying I owed $64.50, $10 for parking and $54.50 for the notice fee. What a racket! Do not park here under any circumstance or it will be very costly for you!

Liars and scammers! Don’t use this parking garage. Their signage out front does not reflect their parking prices. I came because I was in the area for one hour due to a nail appointment. I parked here because it said $6 per hour. Apparently there was “special event” pricing that made it $30 for the day. How is anyone supposed to know this? I don’t follow Denver special events so how was I supposed to know? Big yikes! Do not recommend. If they want to be transparent, they need to say “special event” SOMEWHERE on the sign.

Would give zero stars if I could. Recently got a notice in the mail saying I didn't pay for parking more than a month ago, asking me to pay an additional $25 fee for "not paying" even though I attempted to pay through the app. Apparently it didn't go through though... Just submitted a dispute but based on the other reviews here, sounds like I won't be let off :/. I'm not one to look at parking garage reviews before I park, but I might start to after this.

used to be great spot to park for Rockies games. Now managed by Metropolis.IO. Parking Service needs phone app to operate even though parking lot is underground with spotty service. I logged in and registered car and CC payment. Got notice I just needed to drive out to activate payment. I drove out and got a receipt listing time entered and time leaving the building. Then 2 days later they send violation letter asking for 4X the original charge. Their system in fact did not process a payment. When I contacted them to fix problem they still insisted on a $50 violation fee for $25 parking ticket. Their website is a maze of inter looping links. No way to reach a live person. Emails to system get scant attention with no two way communication.
