17th Street Plaza Parking Garage - Parkwell

Monthly parking is overpriced, the cost is more in line with nearby garages which have significantly more amenities and features than what this building offers. The spaces are tiny and narrow, with tight turns, leading to many vehicles double parked and door dings. Garage is frequently over-sold so finding a space may take 30 minutes depending on time of day. Wyatt Bunson and the Parkwell team are abrupt and rude. Equipment malfunctions are common and exiting the garage due to their technical difficulties can take 5+ minutes while a line forms behind you. Overall very dissatisfied, at least when LAZ managed the garage there was good customer service.

Was good location. Easy to use. 8$ for 24 hours. Just wish it had an elevator. Be warned stairs only

Safe and a fair rate. Fairly esay in and out. I Drove to Denver to catch a Rockies game. I arrived early in the morning and parked at this garage, did some sightseeing in Denver, and went to the Rockies game. Nothing was stolen, and there weren't any shadey people hanging around. For the entire day, it came to $21. All other lots were charging at least $20 for just the game parking.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing a parking pass here. It was extremely hard to get into since the garage was sold out but didn’t say so people were having to back out of the entrance almost hitting you in the process. Then, once inside the ceiling clearance is really low for the lower level parking. My boyfriend and I were in a truck and my boyfriend couldn’t go more than 5 miles in it or the top of the cab would scrape the ceiling. Definitely DO NOT recommend for those who are in bigger vehicles. Overall there wasn’t any more parking where we’d fit so, we had to go park somewhere else and pay again for parking.

Great price for the location! We parked on a Sat for a Rockies game and had no issues. There are 2 lines to exit & only a couple cars in front of us. Would recommend booking online in advance as it's cheaper and then you just scan the QR code to enter and exit.
