1800 Water Damage of Nassau County

I had a business partnership with Brian and his team. Everyone was incredibly nice, accomdating and professional. I am really happy with our collaboration and hope to work together in the future. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend them in times of stress. They are compassionate and understanding of the customers difficult times fixing their homes and lost possessions.

I cannot say enough good things about 1-800-WaterDamage and their crew. We had a burst pipe in our kitchen with water everywhere and it was incredibly stressful. They came right away and immediately took control of the situation. Brian, Mike, and Anthony were professional, calm, and genuinely kind. They explained what was happening, what needed to be done, and handled everything efficiently and carefully. It made a chaotic situation feel manageable! I have used other water damage companies before and in my opinion they are by far the best. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, this is the team you want. I would recommend them without hesitation.

In a time of need ( pipe burst) , 1800 Water damage was a godsend. Mike and his crew were very professional and understanding. Mike explained every part of the water mitigation process and was very helpful in getting my house back to whole . Excellent people and company !!! Would use again .
