1899 Wynkoop Street Parking - ParkChirp

I pay monthly here (which is not cheap at all by the way), and recently they started locking all of the doors past 6PM, with the only accessible entrance being on the exact opposite of the building from my office, so I have to walk across/around the entire parking garage in heels for no reason. It’s infested with huge cockroaches and the security guards are pretty rude. You can find better in the area.

Got locked out of the single elevator to get back into the garage for 20 minutes. Support couldn't help. Never heard back from the "escalation". Ended up waiting for some other poor soul to park and take the elevator down, just so I could get back to my car.

Prices are high. Parking spots are small. It's terrible to navigate if you have to pass another car. Also, if you try to pull up close enough to the pay station to actually pay through your window you'll get a lovely dent in your front bumper. PS this is not from clearly marked barriers just some extra cement jutting out in your blindspot.

The NW Parking exit gate does not give receipts. I talked to service clerk & was supposed to get a receipt emailed to me which I did not get until I had to complain 3 weeks in a row of the same issue. I need the receipts for company parking reimbursement. As of 2/14/25 the ticket receipt machine still does not dispense receipts.

Horrible garage - do not use! Not manned well enough during a Rockies game. We purchased a parking ticket through Spot Hero. We arrived an hour before game time and there was no attendant to give us a validation ticket. My husband had to walk over after we parked and saw an attendant finally there. The attendant did not stay to make sure all game traffic left the garage. We were stuck in the underground portion of the garage for almost an hour without adequate ventilation for car fumes. My husband finally got out of the car and walked over to see what was going on. The building security guard was manning the booth and allowing only the upper parking decks to go. After my husband told the guy to allow both sides to go did we finally move. I am surprised we didn't get carbon monoxide poisoni
