1900 Grant St Garage

I like this parking garage. The parking is in close proximity to my destination and it is always clean and feels safe. The only downfall is sometimes the little red light that reads the QR code doesn't always work. And forget trying to call over the speaker because when they pick up the sound is unintelligible. No way to understand anything they say. I have paid out of pocket a couple of times even though I had a reservation. I will still park here since this doesn't happen often and my app refunds me.

AVOID - Basically no security, as the doors are constantly breaking and stuck wide open all night. My car was recently broken into, window smashed. Just go somewhere else.

Don't park here. They put a notice of abandonment on my car and then towed it only 26 hours later. This parking deck requires your vehicle to be moved every 48 hours yet advertises long-term parking. A complete scam, avoid these clowns so you don't get a tow bill when you have a parking contract. Very disrespectful and careless management acting like predators.

The often have problems with their doors so you either can’t get in or can’t get out. This is really frustrating when you’ve prepaid for parking with the Spot Hero app. They want you to wait over an hour for their tech to come out. Very poor customer service.

The payment machine wasn't accepting any of my cards for payment and therefore was stuck there. Fortunately, Michael was able to open the door for me! Giving it three stars since this seems to be a common problem based on previous reviews, but very thankful for them letting me through
