Steve and Robyn are both incredibly kind, they were patient with me having to reschedule due to changes in our moving in schedule. Steve came over to do our move in carpet cleaning on the set appointment day and time, set up around painters in the middle of doing their thing, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. The carpet looks fantastic! Cost is very reasonable and I can't wait to work with them in the future! Would highly recommend!

I was skeptical of the quality of work I would get as when I was getting quotes they were anywhere from 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of the other bids I received. I had a small male dog who all of the sudden decided to mark every corner of our house. Marked beds, couches dressers. If there was a corner he marked it. I did not think they would be able to get all the spots let alone close enough in the corners to get it all out. Steve, one of the owners made sure to take off the vents even to make sure they were properly cleaned as well. They treated any an all spots, they used hot water, they allowed me to push back my apt.
