This company has told me 3 different times he would meet me at my land and never showed up. I told him many times I was in a flood zone and he still didn't list. I sent him my elevation survey. He still didn't look at it. Never returned phone calls when asked. Because of him I couldn't close on my home in time. Wanted to charge twice as much as another operator! Felt like he was taking advantage of me because I'm a single woman. Do not use this guy!!!!!!
